Hi,

I just bought a painting by Van Gake and was wondering if you knew anything about him. I haven't been able to find anything on the Internet.

Thanks!

I have a Van Gake seascape with lighthouse oil painting that my parents bought in early 1950's. Price on stretched canvas, without frame is $39. A lot for them in those days, maybe it was a gift.
